“I have only just started the Petit Dolls workshop but I have to say, I never thought that I could draw the way I have been. At first I was worried about the look of my dolls but then I just said who cares and now they seem to be flowing out of me. I have even had a go at shading and coloring one with just plain pencils, as I do not have any watercolor ones yet. I feel so much more confident with the fact that I am an artist, it does not have to be perfect or meet anyone else’s standards. I am loving what I am learning. “I have LOVED not only Petit Dolls, but this whole ning experience. The people here (we're not all women and I like the boys we have!!) are awesome. I've never met people who are more supportive and loving. I love it here. I come during the day just to surf around and see what people are up to. I try to find a new person's page every day to comment on just because getting comment on your page is so fun and uplifting. This has helped to drag me out of a depression I've been sliding into for YEARS. It's not gone, I don't think it will ever be gone, but I am SO MUCH better it's like I'm a different person. I have done things I thought I'd never do. I wasn't going to join Les Petit Dolls, but I did. I was convinced that I have no talent, but I was wrong. I wasn't going to draw a vulva, but I did. I wasn't doing to draw in my journal, but I do. The women here challenge me to push my own boundaries just by being themselves. I discovered Suzi on youtube long long ago. I watched all of her videos, over and over again, and for the first time ever I started a real journal, I started drawing again, and I started giving thought to what I was not just doing, but what I was feeling and how that affected my art. She has opened my eyes to whole new worlds, and she has helped me form my own direction with creativity, with confidence, and with consciousness. I have taken two workshops with Suzi, Les Petite Dolls and Be. Divine. (the Goddess class) and the experience has been life changing. Literally.
