                    It is called a Large Sketchook and it has a purple band.

                    They sell a larger one but the paper is thin and not the same.

Why This Journal? The paper is cream colored and smooth cardstock. As you can see from the above photo it takes paint well and curls very little.  I prefer it over watercolor paper because I do a lot of drawing with pencil.  For 14.00 its a fantastic journal.
